History: Scott Grew up in the middle of nowhere town; gatesburg, Idaho. To start out, everything was all good when the two parents got home with the baby, but the doctors soon called back saying that Scott was blind, but he should still be treated like any normal baby would be treated. So the parents did just that, they fed him and dressed him and played with him. The only thing was that the whole thing kept going on for many years, and soon enough he was 8 years old and still needed someone to put on his clothes in the morning and give him a shower. That year, though, his parents died when the roof caved in on a restaurant they went to for dinner. Tragically enough, Scott was sent to 2 wonderful foster parents that took care of his every need, he even made some friends with the other foster kids as they had basically the same things in common. At the age of 10 he had an encounter with his wisp, who bestowed upon him epic powers, and his use of them attracted the academy to his attention when he was 12. Ever since, he's been training to make his powers stronger despite his inability to see things. On missions he's typically in the front line, taking down spectre's or any other problem that the academy might face. Though unlike some of his other peers, Scott isn't very snotty and arrogant about being one of the more experienced trainee's there  


Physical Appearance:
Scott has short, spiky brown hair that is constantly stinking up. He stands at a short 5'5" with a pretty muscular build. He's of the white ethnicity and enjoys wearing a pair of black martial arts pants, along with a white T-shirt so he can get the whole ying-yang vibe going. His shoes are just a pair of black running shoes, and oddly enough, he wears a white bandana that covers his eyes because he would  look fashionable and has virtually no use for his eyes so he decides to cover them up instead. Behind his bandana, though, you'll find an unusual set of gray eyes. 


Personality: Scott is a calm and collective person who will always do things for the greater good of the people. He uses his brain to mentally plan things, though sometimes he plans a little bit too forward and the thing he thought would happen doesn't actually happen. When in battle he'll try to use his brains to take down an opponent instead of charging into the unknown. Though despite all this, he can't make a decision if his life depended on it unless there's a clear cut choice. But if he where to have to decide between twix or snickers, he'd probably spend an hour thinking about it and then take both after a while.   
 

Wisp: Scott's wisp, of whom he's dubbed Sona due to her feminine voice and he just liked the name. She's very eccentric, and her voice is almost melodic. Not only does Sona guide Scott on the right path like most wisps do, but she also acts like a separate pair of eyes to him. Telling him where things are and when he should stop walking, the basics. 


Wisp Class: Beast


Powers: Scott's powers (oddly enough) heighten all of his senses (besides sight) to superhuman proportions. He can hear things from an extremely long distance away, he can feel the heartbeats of other animals, smell a good pizza or something from a long ways away, he can even taste things better than the average person, getting more out of that delicious pizza he just ate.  Not only that, but he's developed a form of echolocation so that he can sense some of the things around him. You wouldn't notice that he was blind unless he told you directly.


Weakness: Powers such as these don't come without weakness, though. Extremely loud noises hurt his hears, and bad smells hurt his nose. Worst of all, though, is that the ammount of pain he would receive from, lets say a stab wound, would be much- much greater than that of a normal person. Which is why in combat he is extremely careful not to make mistakes, but everyone does.


Talents: Scott is very smart, and has had some fierce martial arts training while attending the academy. Meaning that he's a much better fighter than the average person. He's also had time to hone his abilities at the academy.


Other:  I'm here to fill in the role of the disabled character XD. He also loves pizza and pasta, not together though.

Looks good, it just sounds more like a Beast-Class power to me.
